About the Howingtons
Randy Howington has worked within the construction industry since 2008. Born and raised locally in Bellevue, he attended Tennessee Tech University and Father Ryan High School. Randy’s drive to succeed led him to begin Howington Construction LLC. Howington Construction LLC is TN licensed #72565, fully insured and bonded.
As a custom home builder, Randy brings clarity and simplicity to the complex process for clients.
Samantha is not only a licensed affiliate broker (# 353476) through Benchmark Real estate LLC (615-510-3006), but she also boasts a BFA from O’More College of Design, now Belmont University.
She helps clients create a living space that fits their lifestyle and feeds their soul. From managing the custom construction projects—offering selection choices for all aspects of building to simply helping with paint colors on remodels, Samantha is there at every turn for design services or assisting Randy’s clients in picking out the lot that would work best for their future home.
Beyond their professional pursuits, Randy and Sam, along with their three children, call Pegram, TN, their home.
